Creative Arts Centre
The Barwon Youth Creative Arts Centre was opened in 2006. The Access Arts Program is designed to foster creativity of young people involved at Barwon Youth or other local community services.
Access Arts provides enjoyment, engagement and a safe environment for young people to experience self expression within the arts.
